MCCB 400A-800A series of molded case circuit breaker are applicable for the power distribution system of illumination and motor with 50Hz/60Hz alternating current, 230V/400V rated voltage and rated current smaller than 250 A, which can be applied in the overload of circuit and short-circuits protection. It can also be used in infrequent on-off electrical circuits under normal situations. In order to exert the maximum economic benefits in the actual production of the enterprise, the scope range of this automatic testing production line is shown as follows.

1.2 Technical requirements
According to the design principle and product details, the design requirements and technical parameters of this production line are shown as follows.
1. The output of a single automatic testing production line for MCCB- 400-800A series of molded case circuit breaker within 8 hours is 400 pieces. It should adapt to the production of tripolar or quadrupolar circuit breaker. The N pole (the fourth pole) is not tested on the production line.
2. This production line mainly finishes the following processes, namely manual assembly, manually pasting bar code, magnetic test, manual heat test, manually assembling arc extinguish chamber, handle, roof cover, distance piece, screw and etc, reliability operation test + automatic pressure testing, and hand filling.
3. The unqualified products will be removed from the production line automatically for the convenience of manual repair, which can adopt integrated repair method.
4.2.0-2.5In equivalent current is adopted in heat test for three-phase series of the products. When evaluating the work pace of production line, the heat check power-on time shouldn't be longer than 210 seconds.
The magnetic check specification for the power-distribution circuit breaker is that, if there is no action within 200ms, it should be 80% ten times of the rated current. While if there is action within 200 ms, it should be 120% ten times of the rated current. The magnetic check specification for the motor-type circuit breaker is that, if there is no action within 200ms, it should be 80% ten times of the rated voltage, while if there is action within 200ms, it should be 120% ten times of the rated voltage.
5. Magnetic constant flow source: Current 2000A-12000A, current precision ≤ ± 3%. Heat constant flow source: Current 300A-2000 A, current precision ≤ ± 3%.
6. The overall design for the production line is a combination of standing posture, manual assembling and automatic testing. The foot margin of each testing unit adopts adjustable wheel foot, for the convenience of moving, assembling and debugging of the production line.
